Boiler maker chalk – soap stone

Soapstone (boilermaker chalk) for marking cut lines, joint positions, and weld locations on steel plate, structural sections, and pipe. Soapstone marks are visible on bare steel and survive moderate heat, making them suitable for use in welding and gas cutting environments. Leaves marks that are easily wiped off after cutting or welding.
