Description

ER100S is an AWS-classified solid MIG wire formulated for welding high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels with a minimum tensile strength of 100ksi (690MPa). Suitable for structural steel, crane booms, earthmoving equipment, and pressure vessel fabrication where high joint strength is required. Requires Ar/CO2 mixed shielding gas for optimum mechanical properties. The 1.20mm diameter is the standard size for general HSLA fabrication. Supplied on a 15kg spool.
