ER308LSi is an AWS-classified stainless steel solid MIG wire with silicon addition for improved arc characteristics and bead profile. The low carbon 308L chemistry is the standard filler for welding 304 and 308 series austenitic stainless steels in food, dairy, and general fabrication applications. Requires Ar/2%CO2 or Ar/O2 shielding gas. The 0.90mm diameter suits general-purpose medium amperage welding. Supplied on a 15kg spool.
