Description

ER2209 is an AWS-classified duplex stainless steel MIG wire for GMAW of 2205 duplex and similar duplex stainless steels. Provides a weld deposit with a balanced austenite-ferrite microstructure for high strength and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting. Requires Ar/2%CO2 or Ar/N2 shielding gas. 15kg production spool.
