ERCuAl aluminium bronze TIG wire is an AWS-classified copper-aluminium filler used for TIG welding of aluminium bronze castings, overlaying steel components for corrosion and wear resistance, and joining copper alloys. The deposit offers good resistance to seawater corrosion and cavitation erosion, making it suitable for marine hardware, pump components, and bearing surfaces. Requires 100% argon shielding. The 3.20mm diameter suits higher amperage overlay and fabrication applications. Supplied as 1kg pack.
