A Nozzle that utilizes the nozzle pre-mix principal whereby the fuel gas and oxygen are kept separate right up until the preheated orifices of the nozzle.
This system keep the volume of mixed gasses to an absolute minimum and therefore reduces the magnitude of a backfire.
Nozzles are made from copper for good heat dissipation and should be cleaned with appropriate cleaning nozzles and dressed back, the flame shape and nozzle depend heavily on orifices having sharp square edges.
Beware of cheap imports that are bell shaped and use only approved nozzle cleaners.
