Electrode cast iron 55%ni 4.00mm (1kg)

The 55%Ni cast iron electrode is formulated for MMA welding of grey cast iron, ductile iron, and malleable iron where moderate nickel content is acceptable. The 4.00mm diameter is suited for higher-amperage applications and thicker section repairs. Deposits are machinable and exhibit good crack resistance with proper preheat and interpass temperature control. Suitable for repair welding, crack repair, and joining cast iron to steel. Supplied as 1kg pack.
