Electrode cast iron 99%ni 3.20mm (1kg)

The 99%Ni cast iron electrode delivers superior weld quality for critical cast iron repair applications requiring full machinability and minimal heat input. At 3.20mm, it is the standard general-purpose size for most cast iron repair work. The high nickel content produces a soft, crack-resistant deposit compatible with grey cast iron, nodular iron, and austempered ductile iron. Cold welding technique with short beads and peening is recommended. Supplied as 1kg pack.
