Electrode cast iron 99%ni 4.00mm (1kg)

The 99%Ni cast iron electrode delivers superior weld quality for critical cast iron repair applications requiring full machinability and minimal heat input. At 4.00mm, it is suited for higher deposition rate repairs on thicker cast iron sections. The high nickel content produces a soft, crack-resistant deposit compatible with grey cast iron, nodular iron, and austempered ductile iron. Cold welding technique with short beads and peening is recommended. Supplied as 1kg pack.
