ERCuSi-A silicon bronze TIG wire is an AWS-classified copper-silicon filler used for TIG brazing of mild steel, galvanised steel, copper, and dissimilar metal combinations. The low welding temperature minimises distortion and zinc burn-off on galvanised substrates, making it popular for automotive bodywork, HVAC, and thin-gauge fabrication. Produces a machinable, corrosion-resistant deposit. Requires 100% argon shielding. The 3.00mm diameter suits medium amperage TIG brazing work. Supplied as 1kg pack.
