Mig wire flux cored hf 55rc 1.20mm (15kg)

HF 55RC is a chromium-carbide flux cored hard facing wire producing deposits with approximately 55 HRC hardness, offering excellent resistance to severe abrasion. Suitable for overlaying bucket lips, crusher liners, wear plates, fan blades, and other high-wear steel components. Applied in flat position using CO2 or Ar/CO2 shielding gas. Recommended maximum of 2–3 layers to control cracking. Supplied on a 15kg spool.
